Aims:

This half-day course covers the theoretical and practical elements of Epilepsy Awareness including Buccal Administration, particularly it covers what is epilepsy, its history, types and categories of epilepsy and seizures; recognition of warning signs and triggers; first aid epilepsy and status epilepticus; emergency medication, side effects, dosage and after-care treatment.
