About the Course:

Aims:

This one-day course covers both, the practical and theory-based elements of Basic Life Support. It includes a half-day theory and half-day practical assessment, which covers how to perform chest compression and rescue breathing (CPR), operate an automated external defibrillator, place an unconscious breathing casualty in the recovery position, and deal with a choking casualty.
