*Domiciliary Care Staff
*Healthcare Assistants
*Residential Homes
*Recruitment Agencies
*Qualified Nurses

Essential Qualifications:
*Driver- Own Transportation
*Planning and overseeing new business initiatives.
*Must have the capacity and motivation to identify business opportunities and ensure the implementation of increasing business growth.
Desirable Qualities:
*Trainer/Teaching Qualification- AET or PTTLS Level 3 (Or willingness to work towards)
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the health and social care sector
*NVQ Level 2 (Minimum) in Health and Social Care (Or willingness to work towards)
*Flexible availability
